Details:

When pressing up/down (local history) or ctrl-up/ctrl-down (global history),
there are some differences (and it should not):
- when searching text with ctrl-r, ctrl-up or ctrl-down do not move to
next/previous occurence of text found,
- when pressing ctrl-up/down with something in input (not yet in history),
current input is not saved/added to history.
