Details:
WeeChat misbehaves when completing uppercase strings.
For example when "/tmp/Ai/" and "/tmp/AI/" items exist, WeeChat completes
"/tmp/A" to a non-existent item "/tmp/ai" and fails to complete further. When
partial completion is off, WeeChat completes to "/tmp/Ai", then to "/tmp/AI",
but gets stuck with "/tmp/AI" when trying to cycle back.
The same thing sometimes happens with nicks, but in this case it's harder to
reproduce it.
