Problem:
My nick is Arm, pretty common word and fake highlighting drives me crazy.
Solution
Add an option to toggle the default nick highlighting off, so that only
weechat.look.highlight and weechat.look.highlight_regex (the one I care about
since it's case SENSITIVE) can trigger a highlight event.
