Details:
An IRC color code consists of the color code byte followed by a foreground
color number, followed by an optional comma and background color number.
When a message is received that contains a color code with only a foreground
color, followed by a comma, WeeChat strips the comma, presumably expecting a
background color, even when no numbers come after the comma.
I suggest that a comma should only be interpreted as part of the color code if
it is followed by one or more digits.
