Details:
The weechat-dev-plugins package depends on libperl5.12, but there is no
perl-base 5.12 anymore since recently. There will probably be the same issue
for everyone doing their distupgrade soon.
Resolution: The dependency should be changed to libperl5.14 or just perl-base,
if the version doesn't matter much.
