Details:
When using znc, after disconnect/connect, znd will send a JOIN for channels,
but from WeeChat point of view these channels are still joined (with a
nicklist).
And since nicks are already in nicklist, list of nicks received on join is not
used, and the nicks displayed in nicklist are not the nicks received on join.
Solution: clear nicklist when receiving the JOIN message for self-nick (join
from me, not someone else).
Problem reported by barns on #weechat.
