Details:
It would be nice if you could 'name' a /ignore entry (like you can do with
/filter) or somehow add a comment to it.
Why?
Because a year later you might wonder why a certain host or nick was placed on
ignore.
I had to remove all my ignores because I couldn't remember which host belonged
to which user.
If this feature is added, it would also be nice if ignores can be deleted
based on this name, instead of just by using the number.
