Follow-up Comment #2, bug #36526 (project weechat):
The homebrew folk switched their build from cmake to configure because with
cmake it wouldn't build the ruby plugin if ruby came from rbenv.
It seems that if using configure, the ruby plugin won't work if ruby came from
rvm.
