Hi,
This is not a problem with WeeChat but with ncurses lib. Are you using version
5.9 of lib? Or can you try with this version?
Or if that does not help, maybe try to compile ncurses yourself.
Other people using FreeBSD reported same problem in past, it's a bug in
ncurses which is unable to read attributes in terminal (on new lines in
WeeChat I read color/attributes and I set them later).
