Details:
I know next to nothing about how things get packaged, but my cursory
exploration suggests a line needs to be added to
`debian/weechat-plugins.install`.
Backstory: I saw the latest dev blog post and was excited to test the new
feature, so I updated my binary for Ubuntu via my PPA at launchpad.net,
removed script.pl and weeget.py, issued /upgrade and... discovered no script
plugin available. :p
