Details:
If you paste multiple lines and item "input_paste" does not exist in at least
one bar,
the confirmation text will not shown up and WeeChat is waiting for
confirmation.
The patch will disable the paste detection when item "input_paste" does not
exist in
any bar or if the bar is hidden.
