Follow-up Comment #2, task #12255 (project weechat):
The date format in znc is now ISO 8601, so the command to enable capability
is:
/set irc.server.znc.capabilities "znc.in/server-time-iso"
WeeChat is now able to auto-detect format (timestamp or ISO 8601).
