Details:
Currently only a couple of settings, such as weechat.look.buffer_time_format,
support ${color} support changing colours of text *within* a display item.
Making this support global could simplify theming and get rid of a lot of
themeing related setting.
For instance, instead of having weechat.color.status_* and similar settings to
colour various bar items, you can just have the weechat.bar.*.items settings
in which you can use colours in any place you want. (Especially since
weechat.color.status_name is badly named, since it influences a bar item which
can be placed in non-status bars too).
I realise this could 'ruin' everyone's theme though, but perhaps the weechat
upgrade script can take this into account by adding the appropriate ${color}
texts at the places where the various settings normally would've applied,
before removing the settings from the config(s).
