Follow-up Comment #1, bug #38073 (project weechat):
not sure if it would help but you can record a trace of mouse data (just click
randomly throughout the window the same as you believe would trigger the bug
in weechat) with
perl -E ' print "e[?1005he[?1002h" '
cat >mouse_log
hit Ctrl+D Ctrl+D to finish the recording and append the file here
would also be interesting if /set weechat.look.mouse_timer_delay to a higher
value changes anything?
