Details:
Expand complete_next to, unless first character of line is a slash, try
completing by interpreting the last slash in the line before the cursor as
start of command. If that fails, try interpreting the next right-most slash as
start of command, and so forth.
Rationale:
Being able to complete the /script part when typing:
Nick: Run /script install foobar.baz, you won't regret it!
