Details:
I'm sure this has been discussed to death, but would it be possible to get a
dedicated query buffer? All open queries should be sent to this buffer (if
enabled) and all future queries would be open in it as well, whether it is
being instigated by the weechat user (using /query) or the other person
sending the message.
