Details:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Issue /script
2. Remove the "script" directory containing the downloaded plugins.xml.gz
3. Issue /script again
Result:
script: downloading list of scripts...
script: error downloading list of scripts: Error with URL
'http://www.weechat.org/files/plugins.xml.gz'
Expected result:
Script plugin should create the "script" directory if it does not exist.
