Details:
It's not possible to set both nick_suffix and prefix_same_nick to the same
color. nick_suffix has a predefined color, while prefix_same_nick has the nick
color.
Adding the possibility to color nick_suffix and nick_prefix with the nick
color would be great. Also the possibility to set prefix_same_nick to a
predefined color. It would avoid situations as shown on the attached file.
