Details:
A way for scripts to ignore highlights (turn highlights into normal messages)
would be nice.
To do that currently, you must use weechat_hook_modifier with e.g.
irc_in_privmsg and ignore it if it is a highlight (which depends on many
factors: highlight options, buffer local variables, etc), then print it again.
