Details:
weechat.bar.nicklist.size_max for example controls the width of the column if
the nicklist is set to left/right. If it's set to top/bottom, it controls its
height, instead.
Would be useful for nicklist to set a max item size so it would crop the items
to specific width, allowing for a neat set number of columns.
