Details:
Currently it is not possible to use hook_signal irc_server_connecting on
weechat startup because the irc plugin loads faster than the script plugins.
The result is that the scripts miss the irc_server_connecting signal.
Changing the plugin loading order doesn't seem to matter either. It would be
nice if the irc-plugin could delay it's loading or anything similar that has
the same effect.
