Details:
When creating two bars with the same name with different case, for example
"test" and "Test", WeeChat is crashing.
This is caused by case sensitive comparison when searching a bar in memory,
while the config file options are case insensitive.
Example of crash:
/bar add test root bottom 1 0 time
/bar add Test root bottom 1 0 time
