Follow-up Comment #4, bug #41558 (project weechat):
Hi,
I just tested SSL in cygwin (connection to freenode) and I noticed there the
messages are slowly received (very slow compared to non-SSL connection).
I don't have this problem on Linux (Debian Sid).
So I wonder if the problem is not in Cygwin version of GnuTLS?
Can someone confirm that?
