[weewx-development] adding hardware type to the hardware guide

I wanted to take a crack at adding the WeatherFlow Smart Weather Station (
http://weatherflow.com/smart-home-weather-stations/) to the hardware guide. 
 What's the best way to cook up a new section for that and get into the 
online docs after appropriate review ?
