It means there is a record with that dateTime already in your archive. How to 'fix' it? Determine which record you wish to keep; the record being imported or the existing archive record. If it's the former you can ignore the error, if it's the latter you need to (1) delete the record concerned in your archive (2) import the record again and (3) once you have finished importing all your records you will need to drop and then rebuild your daily summaries (refer to wee_database in the Utilities Guide).
