Did you read the release notes for 3.7.0?? "The observation windGustDir has been removed from wmr100, wmr200, te923, and fousb drivers. These drivers were simply assigning windGustDir to windDir, since none of the hardware reports an actual windGustDir. "
A workaround is to use Stdcalibrate - corrections to set windGustDir = windDir, or just accept that your station does not provide a genuine wind gust direction, so change your report templates accordingly to remove the fabricated value!!!
