you should have files in /home/weewx/public_html/Images called
weekhumidity.png
monthhumidity.png
yearhumidity.png

these files should be inserted into the templates for the appropriate pages

if you have the files - just try and browse to them with a browser and 
display them in the browser

they should be the graphs you are looking for

If the files do not exist check the log and see if any errors are being 
thrown whilst the graphs are being generated
