Thank you sir.   I was able to get the information you supplied and make 
the changes.  I brought the revised files on line with my Pi/Weewx 
configuration at 1223 local (USEastern) time today.  It began reporting 
instantly.  It took me a while to get the file in because it was the first 
time that I had to change permissions on files and folders.  I got that 
done and all went well.  I will continue to monitor it.  For your 
information it is Weather Underground KFLCAPEC99.  Thank you once again for 
the info and the assistance.
