Short answer is 'none' for weewx core to work.

Standard firewall and routing rules apply for any computer-to-computer 
connections your particular setup might use.  If two systems talk, then the 
client has to permit the traffic 'out' (and replies to come back), and the 
remote server has to let your client computer talk 'inbound' to that 
port/protocol (and let 'its' replies return the other way).

Weewx doesn't require anything special.
