Hey there. Any errors in syslog when generating the reports? Not sure off top of my head why NOAA reports would fail. They get the info from within weewx itself. Do you have any data in the Reports page?
What do you mean by the hourly forecasts extended into Belchertown? I'm using them at https://belchertownweather.com if that helps?
