At 06:20 yesterday I got my first email advising me that my VantageVue
transmitter battery was low.
Around 1600 yesterday I replaced the battery
Since the first email I've been intermittently getting multiple emails
like 7 emails at once for a total of 25 at various times advising that
the battery is low.
The console stopped reporting low battery at midnight, yet I continued
to get emails until 0544 this morning.

By my figuring I shouldn't have gotten any more emails after midnight.
So is this an extremely minor bug or have I configured something
incorrectly?
This is weewx 3.8 running on Centos 7.5
