You now need to update this line:

To add this:

update_windSpeed_kph( parseFloat(parseFloat(data["windSpeed_kph"])).
toLocaleString("$system_locale_js", {minimumFractionDigits: 1,
 maximumFractionDigits: 1}) );


below it.
