Gary, I use nano as editor. We're supposed to have a good rain here on Monday, so I should be able to let you know if it solved the problem. I have another RasPi arriving in a few days and will be installing this on it. Perhaps it will not have the problem. For now I'm staying focused on the 1hr and 12hr problem.
