No, it is not - it's 60 seconds as per weewx.conf `archive_interval` 
setting.

All of the data is being pulled from the archive table in the weewx SQL DB. 
Worth noting that I do have a weewx 'rapid' plugin active. It is saving 
every loop packet (about 2-3 second wait per loop) to its own unique mySQL 
table. However, I am not seeing that data on the highcharts data sets 
anywhere. Granted, that'd likely cause my computer browser to catch on 
fire. :-)

It's a little confusing when it's pulling data on a three-minute interval, 
all the while the config is 60s.
