The only error shown is failure of attempt #1 to obtain a loop packet, but the 
lack of any further entries indicates attempt #2 succeeded. Would not think 
that would be cause for dumping the logger or restoring a db. I get those 
regularly at midnight (attempt #1 fail) and WeeWX runs fine.

Don’t see any entries in the log extracts provided that shows any issue after 
daylight saving cutover, longer log extracts might help.
