We will need more information from you. As far as I know, Bootstrap has not been internationalized. You will have to ask the author to do this, or do it yourself.
The V4.6 version of the Standard skin has been internationalized. Tell us what you are doing, and how the results differ from what you expected. Be more specific than the "translation is not applied." If it helps, write your response in your native language and we can use Google Translate.
