Thanks Tom, for the answer to tell the truth I'm carrying out tests on a virtual machine with Raspberry operating system with virtual box it could probably be as you say that there is some unusual hardware. I have a Raspberry Model 3 B+ and I performed my first installation with setup.py. Over time I updated Python to 3.9 and always updated Weewx. the weewx installation in my case is located in /home so if I didn't misunderstand I should do the following steps 1 - sudo apt update sudo apt install python3-pip -y sudo apt install python3-venv -y (do I have to do them from the home folder?)
