Instructions modified to contain both Tomcat6 and Tomcat7 versions of deployment commands. Also org.codehaus.mojo.tomcat-maven-plugin was replaced with org.apache.tomcat.maven.tomcat6-maven-plugin and org.apache.tomcat.maven.tomcat7-maven-plugin.
NOTE: In fact the manager app URLs remain the same but the user/roles configuration changed.
