* replace message enums (org.jboss.weld.logging.messages) with @MessageLogger interfaces
* modify {{org.jboss.weld.logging.LoggerFactory}}
* remove {{org.jboss.weld.exceptions.WeldExceptionKeyMessage}} (JBossLogging does not define the concept of the message key)
* update pom.xml configuration (dependencies, skeleton translation properties generation)
