Yup, this is most probably the same as WELD-1478. I fixed it a few days ago, but my changes haven't been merged into Weld master, yet. For the time being, you can build Weld from my branch (see https://github.com/weld/core/pull/348). The fix has already been tested in production and people confirmed the memory leak was no longer there.
