similarly experiencing preference for being in bed by like 10 or earlier these recent days, especially since I was up at 4 this morning, I would like to come down today, tho I would get there a bit earlier than dark and would leave in time for a decent rest, so anyone else there would need to have provision for carrying on. I have to see how I am feeling by 8. i could bring down a couple spare L if i can find bottles.
