I have a few questions though: * how do you generate the cron file with whenever without using the "whenever" script? Every time I use the "whenever" script from deploy, I get the Mutex error... * I am not quite sure what you mean by "disabling it again in the Gemfile"? Do you mean that you don't put the "whenever" gem in the Gemfile? (in my setup, the "whenever" gem is only listed in the production group, btw Cheers mate!
