*As a key member of our tight software development team,* you'll be 
involved in a broad range of activities, including:

   - Full stack/Ruby on Rails development
   - Develop and improve workflows and UIs
   - New feature research, development and deployment
   - Involvement in team meetings, product reviews and project planning

*You must be passionate about software development. *We want someone who 
gets up in the morning thinking about code. Our ideal person should have a 
depth of general software development experience, have had exposure to 
agile software development processes and have at least two years end-to-end 
Ruby on Rails experience. You must be currently living in NZ and be 
eligible to work here on a permanent, full time basis. Experience with any 
of the following would be beneficial:

   - NoSQL databases (especially MongoDB)
   - Elasticsearch
   - Javascript/Coffeescript, jQuery
   - HTML/HAML, CSS/SASS
   - Version control systems (git)
