Hi Guys n Gals, I'm up in Auckland (please don't hold it against me).
I have a freelance contract that I could use some assistance on as I'm simply too busy. Potential options for - Remote freelance - senior doing a lot of the work and I'd do client liasion - (OR ideally) someone in Auckland/close to that I'd offload a good amount of the job, if not the entire job depending on skills. Project is pretty interesting involving flying machines, so not your run of the mill stuff. Some geospatial components etc. Rails 4, PostgreSQL, Solr, JS, Mapping... It's a good solid 2ish months worth of work depending on the persons capabilities that ideally would be done in bite sized chunks (more agile in nature) Please contact me if interested [email protected] subject line "Freelance work" with a bit about yourself, LinkedIn profile or similar. Github account gets top marks. Note a solid individual with fair rates could be a go in the next week or two. Note I'm not adverse to somebody offshore so long as you can prove solid code, and really solid ability to work effectively remotely. I also have other projects that come and go that I wouldn't mind having another shoulder to tap on if need be; so this work done well could definitely lead to others.
