The unsuccessful FreeB service around Cardiff city centre was to be replaced by electric Peugeot cars; however these were (probably) deemed to be too expensive, so the 3 Dennis Darts previously used have been replaced by two Club Car 3-seat electric 'golf buggies' to carry disabled clients. Number 1 (AE60 AHY), new Sept. 2010 is seen waiting for passengers in The Hayes on 03/03/11. Number 2 is registered AE60 AHX. Not a PSV, not even really a non-PSV, but thought you might like to see the pic!
