You could be correct as I'm only going by the first owner according to  
buslists. A quick check of the BBP 2006 handbook shows it allocated to  
Manchester which would confirm your thoughts.

That's a lovely photo - seems a  smartly turned out bus too. 
 
But for the life of me, I can't  think - offhand, anyway - where in Wales 
this would have been allocated. I  can't remember ever seeing a Citaro 
operated by Arriva Cymru. 
 
Was it allocated to the 'North  West' bit of Arriva Northwest and Wales, 
rather than Wales  itself?
