Barrie Unfortunately there's no list of contracted services on the Cardiff Council website (www.cardiff.gov.uk) , but Veolia (at present) operates most of the other contracted services in the city. I thought the 32 was contracted, but it could be that the 32 (to St Fagans) is operated commercially and the 320 (onward to Talbot Green) is contracted. We might find out when Veolia cease operating!
