That of course can easily be changed though with a quick tweak in the editing software. Some companies have horrid looking displays, in my opinion it doesn't take much effort to make them all clear and easy to read with adequate information displayed without it being a mess.
This is in contrast to what the USA seem to think, virtually every destination is entirely in capital letters over there! I do agree to an extent with not having all caps though, as the way we read means we use the shapes of the word to actually recognise what it says before even reading all the letters. Therefore, having title case destinations mean the word is recognised more quickly because of the distinguished capital letter followed by lower case. I do understand the use of caps for the main destination on the top line though, as it makes it more distinguishable from the via points below. Another (and perhaps better) method however is to have the top line bolder than the via points, which is generally the better way in the UK's view.
