Well sometimes they do and sometimes they don't (didn't?). The Centros left at Abercrave are in a sorry state, although they do patch up the odd panel (without respraying I might add) but there's still huge gouges down the side and bare metal nailed on top in one case. Oh, and corners covered with gaffa tape. So to some extent they do lol, but still not much of an effort to be honest. It also depends on funds, some small companies can't afford to go replacing everything straight away. Others just don't give a toss (which I find more the case with Veolia).
