The seat fabric is exactly the same as British Rail Regional Railways which was used on their Class 150-158 series of multiple units which were built in the late 1980s. Not many units have this kind of fabric left after company specific refurbishments- nonetheless it might be an idea to approach a railway supplier like Unipart Rail and see if they can source it for you.
